How to Request Account Deletion
If you can access your account, open ExamReviewer PH, go to
Settings, and use the Delete Account option.
If you cannot access the app, email
belsondachi@gmail.com
using the email address connected to your ExamReviewer PH account.
Use the subject “ExamReviewer PH Account Deletion Request”.
Include your account email address and, if helpful, your display
name. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before
processing the request.
Data Deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify account data
associated with your profile, including your name, email address,
profile details, optional profile picture, authentication records,
study progress, quiz attempts, bookmarks, mistake notebook entries,
flashcard activity, leaderboard profile data, and support messages
linked to the account where deletion is technically and legally
possible.
Local data stored only on your device may also be removed by
deleting the app, clearing app data, or removing offline packs from
the app.
Data We May Keep
We may retain limited records when needed for legal compliance,
security, fraud prevention, purchase verification, dispute
resolution, tax or accounting requirements, abuse prevention, or
service reliability.
Retained records are kept only for as long as needed for those
purposes and are deleted or de-identified when no longer required.
Delete Some Data Only
You may also request deletion of some data without deleting your
full account, such as support messages, profile picture, or selected
study history where technically possible.

Processing Time
We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days after confirming
account ownership. Some deletion or de-identification work may take
longer if required by backups, security logs, legal obligations, or
technical constraints.
